The position offered is for the role of Customer Support Associate. This is a full-time opportunity, but it will be on a temporary or contractual basis. The contract is valid until 31st October, after which it may be extended based on company requirements and individual performance.
This job is completely remote, allowing candidates to work from home without the need to visit an office. Employees will be required to work five days a week, ensuring a balanced schedule. In addition, there will be two days off each week, which will be given on a rotational basis as per the work schedule.
The role operates in a 24×7 environment, so candidates must be flexible to work in different shifts, including day and night shifts. Eligibility Criteria

Salary & Payout Details
The salary for this role depends on the candidate’s experience level and will be provided as a Cost to Company (CTC) package.
For candidates who have prior work experience, the offered CTC is ₹1,90,000 per year. Based on this package, the approximate monthly in-hand salary is around ₹14,100 after standard deductions. This amount may vary slightly depending on company policies and applicable deductions.
For freshers, the annual CTC offered is ₹1,68,000. The estimated monthly in-hand salary in this case is approximately ₹12,500. As with experienced candidates, the final take-home amount can differ based on deductions and company guidelines.
